Inspection and Reporting
Upon receiving your order, it is crucial to inspect it before use. If you are dissatisfied with the goods for any reason, please promptly report any issues to us via email at [email protected].
You must return the goods within 10 business days from the date of receiving them. Refunds or replacements will only be considered for the following reasons:
- Wrong Items Sent: If we shipped the wrong items to you.
- Damaged During Delivery: If the items sustained damage during the delivery process.
- Quality Issues: If there are quality concerns with the items.
In any of these situations, we will provide a full refund for the cost of the goods and cover the cost of returning the items. We take proactive steps to minimize such occurrences.
If it’s possible to replace the goods with new ones, we will dispatch the replacement upon receiving the damaged or incorrect items. In this case, we will also reimburse you for the cost of returning the items.
