How do I browse and search for books on your website?

Start by visiting our website’s shop page.

On the shop page, you’ll find a navigation menu and a search bar specifically for books.

If you have a book title or a part of the title enter it into the search bar and click the search button or hit Enter. This will display relevant search results. If you have a specific author, publisher in mind filter that in the side menu. If you prefer to browse through categories, look for the menu or the section that lists different book categories. Click on the desired category to explore the books within that category. 

As you explore the books, you’ll typically see book covers, titles, authors, brief descriptions. Clicking on a book cover or title will take you to the individual product page of that book.

On the product page, you’ll find more detailed information about the book, such as the book’s description, author information, ISBN, pricing details etc. If you find a book you’re interested in, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.

Continue browsing, searching, and adding books to your cart until you are ready to proceed to checkout.

Can I purchase books without creating an account?

Yes, you can purchase books from our website without creating an account. We offer a guest checkout option that allows you to make a purchase without the need for registration.

When you proceed to checkout, you will be prompted to provide the necessary information for the purchase, such as your shipping address, contact details, and payment information. This allows you to complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account.

Whether you choose to create an account or use our guest checkout option, we strive to provide a smooth and convenient shopping experience for all our customers.

What age groups or reading levels do your books cater to?

Our books cater to a wide range of age groups and reading levels for kids. Mostly we have workbooks for specific grades or collection of grades. To help you find the right books for your child, we often provide suggested age ranges and reading level indicators on our website for reading books. These indicators can assist you in selecting books that align with your child’s developmental stage and reading abilities.

We are committed to offering a diverse and inclusive collection of books that cater to various age groups and reading levels, ensuring that there’s something for every young reader to enjoy and learn from.

You can look for the menu or section that lists different book categories in the shop page. Click on the desired category and the filters to further refine your search. As you explore the books, you’ll typically see book covers, titles, authors, brief descriptions. Clicking on a book cover or title will take you to the individual product page for that book. On the product page, you’ll find more detailed information about the book, from which you can decide whether the book is suitable for your child.

Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?

You can either place the order from our website or message us the books you want with the delivery details (name, address and phone number ) to our WhatsApp number 0714280622 or to our facebook page.

What payment methods are accepted?

We have cash on delivery, bank transfer and payhere options. 

Are there any discounts or promotions available?

You can select the ‘On Sale’ button in the side menu in shop page to see all the discounted products at the moment. After discount price will be shown with the product price if any discounts are available for that particular product. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify the order, but please be kind enough to do that before you receive the dispatcing note.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping options and costs?

We are delivering via Koombiyo delivery service. We deliver Islandwide for Rs 400 up to 1 kg and additional Rs 80 for each additional kg.

How long will it take to deliver?

Usually we delivery within 3-4 working days.

Can I track my package?

When dispatching we will inform the waybill ID of the package. You can track the order using that ID with the Koombiyo delivery service or with us.

If I get a damaged or incorrect parcel how will you solve my issue?

Please refer our return and refund policy.

What are the customer support hours?

We respond within 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Monday to Friday excluding all the mercantile holidays.  Depending on the availability of the customer care assistants we try our best to respond to your inquiries as soon as possible. 

How do I report a problem?
